Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup (1.5 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup full-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • Turbinado raw or Demerara sugar for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 375°F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners.
