Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Persian cucumbers sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced and soaked in water for 10 minutes, then drained
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini peppers chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cherry tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, green bell pepper, Kalamata olives, drained red onion, pepperoncini peppers, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
  • Toss the salad ingredients with the dressing in the large bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the salad in the large bowl. Mix the dressing into the salad ingredients in the large bowl. Add the dressing to the salad ingredients in the large bowl and toss. Combine the salad ingredients with the dressing in the large bowl.
